안녕하세요! 저는 싱가폴에 위치한 Overseas Family School의 커리큘럼 대표를 맡고 있는 Marion Chapman입니다. 얼마 전, BMC 식구들이 우리 학교 4학년 수업에 찾아와 멋진 공연을 보여주었습니다.
그 날의 여러분들의 공연에 감사하는 마음에서 저희 학생들이 여러분들께 쓴 시와 편지들을 엄선해서 보냅니다.
그 날 여러분들과 함께 나눈 음악과 이야기는 정말 가슴 깊이 기억될 것이며 학생들은 며칠 동안그날의 감동에 젖어 그날 보았던 감동적인 연주자들에 대해서 이야기를 했습니다. 여러분들의 공연은 학생들에게 예술 속에서 아름다운 가치를 찾는 법을 가르치던 저희들에게도 큰 도움이 되었습니다. 여러분들의 공연은 정말 아름다웠습니다!
학생들 역시 음악을 통해 사랑과 정성을 나누고 방문하는 국가들을 음악으로 지원하는 여러분들의 모습을 보며 큰 감동을 받았으리라 믿어 의심치 않습니다.
여러분들의 도움을 빌어 저희 학교는 $1000의 모금 액을 싱가폴 장애인 단체인 “Singapore Riding for the Disabled” 에 기부를 하였습니다.
공연 당시 저 역시 관중의 한 명으로서 여러분들의 아름다운 음악뿐만 아니라 아름다운 이야기를 들으며 여러분들의 긍정적이고 진심 어린 마음을 볼 수 있다는 사실에 큰 행복을 느꼈습니다.
저희 Overseas Family School 의 학생들과 선생님들을 대표하여 감사 드립니다. 여러분들의 방문이 저희 Overseas Family School 에 긍정적이고 진심 어린 영향을 주었다는 사실은 제 우러나온 진심이며 다시 한번 크게 감사 드립니다.
앞으로도 여러분의 음악에 대한 사랑을 통해서 다른 이들을 돕는데 언제나 좋은 일만 찾아오길 바라겠습니다.

To Beautiful Mind Charity,
Sun is yellow, moon is white. And in the daylight we saw an amazing sight. This performance was the most inspirational one I ever seen in my whole entire life and time. And thank you for all your great performances that you performed for us. Just a couple of little words from me I really thought this performance was really breathtaking.
태양은 노란색이고 달은 하얀색이에요. 그리고 낮에 우리는 아름다운 광경을 맞이하게 됐어요. 이 공연은 제가 살면서 가장 감동적인 공연이었어요. 저희를 위해 열어주신 공연에 대해서 정말 감사 드립니다. 제가 정말 생각하는 말을 몇 마디 하자면, 이 공연은 정말 숨이 턱 막힐 정도로 아름다웠어요!

I am not a good poet, but I still write this poem. I write this poem without breaking a sweat, your performance was brilliant! Yes it was, yes it was. Beautiful mind, beautiful dream, the performance was peaceful, the music was peaceful. Yes it was!
The music was brilliant, the sound was peaceful, it was very good. Yes it was!
You showed great talent brilliant performance! When you’re blowing into the trumpet or playing the violin, it’s as peaceful as can be!
And I said I’m not a good poet, but I’m still writing this to say thank you to your magnificent performance!
아름다운 음악, 아름다운 꿈. 저는 좋은 시인이 아니지만 그래도 시를 쓸 수 있답니다. 저는 이 시를 힘들이지 않고 쓸 수 있었어요. 여러분들의 공연은 정말 굉장했거든요! 네 정말 그랬어요, 네 정말 그랬답니다. 아름다운 마음, 아름다운 꿈, 공연은 평화로웠고 음악 역시 평화로웠어요. 네 정말 그랬어요!
음악은 굉장하고 소리는 아름다웠어요. 너무 멋있었어요, 정말 그랬어요!
여러분들은 멋진 실력과 공연을 보여주었어요! 여러분들이 트럼펫을 불 때, 혹은 바이올린을 켤 때 그 보다 평화로운 음악은 있을 수 없을 정도였죠.
말했다싶이 저는 좋은 시인은 아니지만, 여러분들의 멋진 공연에 감사하기 위해 이 시를 씁니다.

You help the disabled do what they do, I wish that I can help you too!
You played in school. I loved you so much. I’d use you as a tool to fix people’s heart!
I saw you at school, you’re so kind. You’re something that’s very, very hard to find!
Though I didn’t know I would like you so, I would like nothing more than be on your show!
장미는 붉고 바이올렛은 파랗죠. 설탕은 달고 뷰티플 마인드 여러분도 그래요!
여러분들은 장애가 있는 사람들이 원하는 걸 할 수 있도록 도왔고, 저 역시 도울 수 있길 바래요!
여러분들은 학교에서 공연을 했고, 저는 너무 좋았어요. 저는 여러분들을 사람들의 마음을 고치는 기구로 사용하고 싶어요.
저는 여러분들을 학교에서 보았어요. 여러분들은 너무 친절했고, 어디 가도 찾기 힘든 분들이에요! 제가 여러분들을 이렇게 좋아하게 될 줄 몰랐지만, 여러분들의 공연에 저도 나올 수 있다면 정말 좋을 것 같아요!

Thank you for your performance. I loved it a lot, please come back and do one more.
I think you should keep doing what you do. I will be better for the world if you do.
I think you are really talented. Everybody have to keep that amazing band for other people.
Keep doing what you do, you bring joy to the world and hopefully other people might too.

We appreciate that you showed us some of your talent. We also appreciated that you all performed for us. When the performance was over, we heard so many wonderful words people said about you all. Some said you all were brilliant and magnificent and lots of other r wonderful word. We were thrilled to see how much talent you had. You all expressed yourself a lot by playing music. Some people were inspired by hearing the music you played. And some of the speeches were touching.
Beautiful Mind Charity is an amazing group. Who play us music, so touching, so amazing. As they help people along with their very hard lives, we’d like to thank you for all you have done, not just the charity but also the beautiful breath-taking music that you played for us. It was an outstanding performance and we could see lots of talent and talented people. The Beautiful Mind Charity is very inspirational and brilliant. It was an outstanding performance which left us speechless, such a stupendous performance. We are sure that it is highly appreciated all throughout OFS. It was a fantastic experience. We would just like to thank you and tell you, keep up the magnificent music!

우리들을 위해서 공연해주신 점 저희 모두 감사히 여기고 있어요.
공연이 끝났을 때 우리는 주변 사람들이 여러분들에 대해 칭찬하는 이야기들을 들었어요. 많은 사람들이 여러분들이 멋있고 대단하다며 많은 칭찬하는 말들을 했답니다.
우리는 모두 여러분들의 엄청난 재능을 보고 굉장히 놀랐어요. 여러분들은 음악을 통해 표현을 하더군요. 많은 사람들은 여러분이 연주하는 음악을 듣고 큰 감동을 받았답니다.
그리고 여러분들이 하던 연설들 역시 매우 감동적이었어요.
뷰티플 마인드 채리티는 감동적인 음악을 연주하는 정말 멋진 그룹이예요. 그리고 그를 통해 어려운 사람들을 돕고 있죠. 우리는 여러분들의 자선 활동 뿐만 아니라 여러분들이 우리에게 들려준 아름다운 음악에 대해서 모두 감사 드리고 싶어요.
정말 멋진 공연이었어요. 그리고 우리는 재능이 넘치는 많은 분들을 보게 되었죠. 뷰티플 마인드 채리는 정말 감동적이고 멋진 것 같아요.
공연은 우리가 말을 잇지 못할 정도로 멋졌어요. 그 공연은 저희 뿐만 아니라 저희 학교 모든 이들에게 감동을 줬을 거예요. 정말 멋진 경험이었죠. 다시 한번 감사하다는 말씀을 드리고 싶고 여러분들의 아름다운 음악이 계속 널리 퍼졌으면 좋겠어요.

Expressing fantastic showing our appreciation, brilliant, touching, finding it lovely, speechless, getting involved, happy, nothing as good as it, exciting, international songs from Korea that we were interested to hear, and thought it was lovely.

And epic effort you made that touched my heart.
A fantastic experience for me that showed me the world, which I thought worked by strong ruling over the weak, but the strong helping the weak that was the world and you opened my mind to the big world.Thank you.
